NeuroForce One Releasing 8-Week Minimalist Training and Nutrition Program – Press Release – Digital Journal

NeuroForce1 (NF1), the human performance company that led the last 4 successful championship camps of Olympic Gold Medalist and 2 divisional UFC World Champion, Henry Cejudo, is launching an 8-week minimalist training and nutrition program for people of all ages, sexes, and fitness levels. This 8-week program, created by NF1’s Director of Applied Sports Science and Fran’s Kitchen’s Lead Nutritionist, incorporates strength and conditioning, mobility, and aerobic conditioning. This program requires some dumbbells and bands, making it ideal to improve general fitness for athletes stuck at home or on the go.

This program was designed to improve strength and power through the band, dumbbell, and plyometric exercises; lactic and aerobic conditioning through interval runs, and bodyweight circuits; and balance and mobility through contralateral training and mobility exercises. By progressively increasing the intensity of training and incorporating potential injury preventing exercises (contralateral training, plyometrics, mobility) we decrease the odds of burnout and allow athletes to get better every week.

The nutritional aspect of this program was developed with cellular health and peak performance in mind. The plan is specifically designed to fuel the body during each of the provided training routines. This allows the user to continue to improve performance while seeing reductions in body fat and/or changes in their body composition throughout the 8-week program.

NF1 is constantly evolving and building new programs including the NF1 mobile app, launching this winter. The new NF1 app builds on the experience of Neuro Force One providing users with a 300+ movement library, workout routines designed by Andre Hicks (NF1’s Director of Human Performance and Trainer of the Year nominee), discounts on NF1 supplements, nutrition programs, remote assessment packages and much more.

Kyle Silvey, NF1’s Director of Sports Science (PhD) said that “this progressive program takes concepts we employ in house and makes them available to you in order to maximize their general training with minimal equipment.”

NeuroForce1 is dedicated to the pursuit of optimal Human Performance through scientifically validated and proven training, assessment, and recovery techniques all in an individualized approach.
