Apartment in Kiev is a minimalist interior located in Kiev, Ukraine, designed by Olga Fradina, whose design principle for this space was to create a livable interior that was individual oriented. As such, the designer chose natural materials and neutral tones as the main subjects of the interior.
The client was particular about being encompassed by a meditative and relaxing space of both visual and tactile origins. The designer was considerate in choosing soft forms and original designed objects sourced directly from the creators and craftsman.
A majority of the pieces were locally sourced, with the designer including some of her own ceramic and graphic work within the space. The monochrome color scheme serves as a backdrop for the rich textures and various works of art.
